Big day today.  First it was Katherine’s Birthday. We had done the friend’s celebration yesterday, so today it was just us.  We slept in and then I took her to lunch at Ma Peche. It was good but not “all that” like it is reputed to be. As Katherine said The Purple Yam is doing food that is as good or better. Then a 30 minute walk to stop by Jacques Torres for chocolate for the homecoming girl and then home. Katherine took a nap and I went to the river.

Continuing the celebration we went to see The Book Of Mormon. Extremely funny, extremely sophomoric, loses the courage of its convictions at the end (as South Park usually does as well) but a great time. Then home to pick up a Zip Car and off to JFK to pick up Abigail at 12:25 (HA!) as she arrived back from Panama.  Talked for hours about the trip (which sounds fantastic if completely different then she expected). Went to bed around 5 am.
