5-29-12 East Village Gardens

I am the TA for a class at ICP entitled Urban Utopias. Today we went to several rather spectacular Community Gardens in the East Village, all in Alphabet City.

Looks nice there. I liked one picture in particular, with a single red rose in the foreground. Interesting reading, I didn’t know about Alphabet City before
