9-30-12 Downtown

Our friends Roy and Anne are hosting an exchange student from Spain who loves Chinese food. We went on a Chinatown food walk with them today that ended up at a lovely little place called Food Sing 88 at 2 East Broadway. If you are in NYC and want some great fresh pulled noodle soups, this is a place to check out.

When we were done we took a leisurely stroll through Chinatown stopping to observe the store windows and for some of our party to get bubble tea and ice cream. My favorite store window was Mark’s Liquors…Unfortunately for some reason I did not bring my camera but iPhone 4 to the rescue again!

Then we walked across town through Soho to the subway. This is when I really missed my camera but I think you can get some idea of the sky…
