Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Now I fully intend to do so but as someone pointed out to me (that would be me) this is a photography blog and so needs photographs. So before we get to my tease (ain’t I a tease), two pictures of a new resident of the Hudson River community who is living between Pier 54 and Pier 57 (W 14th to W 15th Streets). This choice was inspired by the two sentences I already randomly picked.
“Last night a wooden horse neighed and a stone man cut capers.”…”When words cease to correspond with facts it is time for us to part with words and return to facts.”
