10-25-13 A Special Day

I am doing something I have done, I believe, only twice before. I will be posting a picture I did not take.  (As well as several I did). Today is Abigail’s 17th birthday. Totally, completely, unbelievable. I don’t quite get it but there you go.

Last night her oldest friends had a taco party for her (catered by Katherine). I was not there as I had to work but got home in time to see them all and remember what they looked like when I first met them.

Eva is Abigail’s oldest friend. They met when Eva was 10 months old and Abigail was 9 months.

Abigail meet Edy soon after that. I believe that Abigail was 11 months old and Edy was 10 months. I don’t have good birthday pictures with the twins, Caroline and Ben, who are a good 3 months younger than Abigail but imagine they are there.

Best party ever - Addams Family (age 8 - I am sure). Cemetery cake by Katherine.

  1. Robert, Thanks for this very pretty photo of Abigail. Tho other pics were also great and fun to see her at differerent times in her life. Did you get the picture Marcia sent to you? I asked her to put the pumpkin there because of the fall season and your father did like pumpkin pie and as vegetable.I. Also put one on Bubsys as well as my parents graves. I hate that word.We are watching the game and it looks bad for the Red Sox .Peavy is a horrible pitcher! why the gave Iglasiasawy for a washed up pitcher I will never ,know! J and R.

  2. I thought you were going to give her the frozen breast milk for one of these occasions………….

NOT that I’m wishing that on her.

Happy, happy birthday, Abigail! The best dreams do. Do them. Every one.
