I spent much of the day in battle with Time Warner Cable. Given the fine level of customer service now, I can’t imagine how great it will be when they merge with Comcast. I was assured throughout the day that the person responsible for my problem would be disciplined which helps me in no way I can see. I would rather he be given a parade and I have my internet, phone, and cable back but apparently once they turn you off it takes 24 hours to reboot you and not even a level three tech supervisor can help. This is why I always laugh when I hear let the private sector handle it.
Ah well, enough. I was asked to submit work to a competition with the theme of monsters. I think I may start with these three as my base.
