5-4-14 Weekly Photo Challenge: Spring

“Whether he is an artist or not, the photographer is a joyous sensualist, for the simple reason that the eye traffics in feelings, not in thoughts.”
Walker Evans

The Weekly Photo Challenge is spring. It has barely begun in the northeast. Running more than a bit late but seems to be moving in now.  A few spring images from Riverside Park, April 27, 2014:

  1. I always looked forward to playing softball in spring, although we often began practice in winter (but indoors.) I love being able to go out and walk/jog/bike without having to bundle up! Enjoyable choices, Robert.

  3. Very nice. Here, it looks like Fall still.
That’s one huge bubble! I just read, the other day, a ‘recipe’ for «industrial size soap bubbles» LOL I’m going to try it, when I figure out what to use for the thing you blow it through … forget the word … ‘wand’, perhaps?
