5-12-14 Travel Theme: River Redux

“Every year, back comes Spring, with nasty little birds yapping their fool heads off and the ground all mucked up with plants.”
–  Dorothy Parker

Ailsa’s theme this week is Rivers. A lovely choice to my mind.

First attempt: here.

Mother’s Day was warm and sunny in NYC, a little foretaste of summer. The Hudson and the riverwalk and the parks between 125th and 50th Street were all very crowded.

The river was gorgeous and young love was celebrated in many ways.
