15-07-18 Weekly Photo Challenge 1/2 and 1/2

The challenge is Half and Half, preferably not the tasty dairy beverage. “This week, share an image that has two clear halves, literally or figuratively.”

Of course for those of us of a certain mindset the first image that comes to mind is the old Star Trek episode, “Let That Be Your Last Battlefield.

Here is my first view of this challenge. Perhaps a bit more subtle.

  1. I got a smile from that first photo. What a great show “Star Trek” was and filled with humor, something too often lacking in shows these days. The second made me suddenly thing that “How the other half lives” would have been an appropriate response to this challenge. Of course, which half would we choose?

    • Just watched the “empath” episode. Some humor, of course, was unintentional but you are right. How the other half lives is exactly the response needed to this challenge no matter what half you belong to…(IMHO)
